About this file
This document provides details regarding a solicitation for Next Generation Delivery Services (NGDS 2). The United States Department of Defense United States Transportation Command is seeking proposals for international and domestic commercial express package door-to-door delivery services for the Federal Government and Cost Reimbursable Contractors. Services required include time-definite pick-up and delivery, transportation, in-transit visibility, and customs clearance processing for international shipments. The period of performance is one four-year base period from 1 October 2022 through 30 September 2026 with option periods through 31 March 2031. To be eligible for award, offerors must participate in the Civil Reserve Air Fleet program and maintain participation throughout contract performance. The Government intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts for International Transportation Services and approximately five IDIQ contracts for Domestic Transportation Services. Offerors who propose capabilities for both service segments will receive one consolidated IDIQ contract if awarded in both areas.
