About this file
This document contains a template for submitting questions regarding a Request for Proposal (RFP) for mail screening support services. The RFP solicitation seeks a contractor to support a federal agency's mission by screening all mail and parcels for hazardous or suspicious materials within one day of receipt, unless otherwise approved. The contractor would also provide screening operation related customer service and support security and logistics partners. The identified agency is the DOD Washington Headquarters Service. The question template includes sections for identifying the relevant RFP document section, page and line numbers, assigning an impact level to the question, and submitting the question for resolution.
