About this file
This is an enclosure documenting CPARS (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System) requirements for a Department of the Navy federal contract (HE125427Q0004). The document is a template form requiring contractors to designate a representative who will receive electronic performance assessments from the Government's Assessing Official.
The designated contractor representative must provide name, title, email address, telephone number, and N/CAGE number for authorization access. This representative has authority to receive Government performance assessments, review and comment on them, and return assessments to the Assessing Official within 30 days. If the contractor requests a meeting to discuss the evaluation, the request must be submitted in writing no later than seven calendar days from receipt and will occur within the 30-day review period. The document specifies hardware and software requirements for accessing CPARS Online, including support for the latest three major desktop versions of Internet Explorer and latest major versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader installation. Technical support is available through the Customer Support Desk at (207) 438-1690 or DSN 684-1690, with email support at webptsmh@navy.mil. The contractor is responsible for notifying the Contracting Officer of any changes to designated personnel.

Hardware/Software Requirements for CPARS
To use CPARS Online, you will need to have access to the internet along with the following hardware and software:
CPARS fully supports the latest three major desktop versions of Internet Explorer, and the latest major desktop version of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Older browsers may still view CPARS, however users should expect mixed results. A "major version" refers to a full numeric release, like 9.0 and 10.0 (not minor releases like 9.2.x and 10.2.x).
The Adobe Acrobat Reader should be installed. This allows you to view and print the PDF attachments in
CPARS and FAPIIS. The reader can be downloaded and installed from Adobe Acrobat. If you have any problems downloading or installing the reader, please contact our Technical Support.
