About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for the Hosted Contact Center Services RFP (98000-HCC-0000005215) issued by the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA). The procurement seeks to contract with multiple hosted contact center service providers to deliver comprehensive contact center solutions to Georgia state agencies and divisions. The services encompass core contact center capabilities including automatic call distribution, interactive voice response, call recording, quality management, customer relationship management integration, network and transport services, and surge capacity support. The RFP welcomes multiple award recipients who will be listed on the GTA Direct platform, allowing individual agencies to select suppliers and negotiate separate scopes of work and Customer Purchase Agreements. The document does not specify a single deadline or award date but indicates that contracts will be structured on an individual agency basis with varying terms dependent on agency requirements.

GTA does not participate in the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program as it is not federally funded, and no set-asides, bonds, or disadvantaged business goals apply to this procurement. The RFP does not allocate a specific budget; instead, individual agencies provide financial resources toward each purchase agreement based on their selected suppliers and negotiated scopes of work. Approximately 30 agencies and divisions currently utilize HCC agreements, each with unique requirements for staffing, training curricula, credentialing processes, and system integrations. The current environment consists of a mix of on-premise and cloud-based solutions, with no single integrated CRM solution in use across the enterprise. Incumbent vendors can be identified through the GTA Direct platform. GTA is open to flexible service models, including 100 percent work-at-home solutions, managed labor services for surge events, and agent support capabilities alongside technology infrastructure.
