About this file
This is an Offerors Conference presentation deck for the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) regarding Hosted Contact Center Services procurement. The GTA seeks to contract with hosted contact center services providers to implement and perform services designed to improve service delivery across the state enterprise, innovate service offerings, and ensure cost competitiveness and transparency. The RFP was released on July 12, 2021, with an offerors conference held on July 21, 2021, at 1:00 PM EST. Written questions were due by July 27, 2021, at 12:00 PM EST, with answers posted to the Georgia Procurement Registry on or before August 3, 2021. RFP responses were due to GTA on August 23, 2021, at 12:00 PM EST, with an anticipated award date of approximately October 1, 2021. All procurement correspondence must be directed to the Issuing Officer, Towanda Cuthbert, at Procurement@gta.ga.gov.
Evaluation of proposals will be based on a weighted scoring methodology comprising three criteria: Technical Service Capability (30%), Transition Approach (30%), and Pricing & Financial Terms (40%). All responses passing initial administrative review will be evaluated by an evaluation committee to receive a weighted consensus score, with a combined technical score derived from the total evaluation consensus score and cost score. Bidders whose scores fall within an acceptable range will be selected as approved hosted contact center services providers. From the RFP issue date until final award announcement, bidders are prohibited from communicating with GTA staff except through the Issuing Officer or during the bidders conference, with violation of this restriction subjecting proposals to rejection.
