| THIS SPREADSHEET MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED WITH OFFERS | ||||||||
| [1] Where multiple systems are to be installed on one site the price and escalation apply to all systems on that site in the aggregate. | ||||||||
| [2] Express price in cents per kilowatt-hour of power produced and delivered to the facility. Price may not exceed Price to Beat indicated in the solicitation | ||||||||
| [3] Annual escalation rate to be applied to the price on the anniversary date of each system startup. Escalation may not exceed the maximum indicated in the solicitation | ||||||||
| Offerors may propose variable escalation rates, in which case they should modify this sheet to so indicate. | ||||||||
| [4] Expected production must be derived from credible PVWatts calculations submitted with the offer. | ||||||||
| [5] Price is lump sum for a one-time removal and restoration of the roof to allow for a roof replacement project by the Government (to be implemented by a separate contractor). Include costs for lost production and materials storage for 6 months. | ||||||||
| Roof replacement could occur any year or not at all. Price based on assumption that replacement will be needed at the end of the first year following system startup. Price will be adjusted for removal and restoration needed at | ||||||||
| a time later than that using the following CPI adjustment: Index - CPI-U, metropolitan area San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose, series all items less food and energy, index base will be the month one year after startup anniversary date. | ||||||||
| [6] Provide a lump sum amount for cost recovery of unamortized system costs, to be paid to the Contractor if and only if the Government declines to exercise the 10-year option. If the Government does not exercise the option | ||||||||
| and this payment is made the Contractor must remove all equipment and restore the site to its pre-construction condition | ||||||||
| allowing for reasonable wear and tear not later than contract end date, or 30 calendar days after notice the option will not be exercised, whichever is later. In lieu of making this payment in the event the Government does not | ||||||||
| exercise the option the Government may negotiate a purchase of the system at fair market value. | ||||||||
| [7] See summary of Minimum and Maximum Values in Section B | ||||||||
| [8] Provide the estimated system installation cost, to include ancillary costs such as parking lot work, electrical work, and constructioin management. This does not constitute a price to the government, and will not be used in the evaluation | ||||||||
| and source selection process. This number is to determine the penal amounts of required payment and performance bonds. Payment and performance bonds may be discharged when construction work is complete, systems | ||||||||
| are interconnected and operating, and all subcontractors and workers have been paid. |
