No. Question Response
Please refer to the price schedule attached to SF
1442; the Contract Price Form contained in The
Agreement, Section II.B; Spec section 01260
Options; and Spec section 01270 Unit Prices. Since there are several pricing sheets either noted or provided, and as none have all the requested information referenced, will we create our own summary pricing sheet or will the GSA in a future addendum create one for the bidders to use?
Spec section 01260 has been altered as well as the SF1442 all base items, options and unit prices are corrected.
What are the specific SDB participation goals for this project?

Please confirm that per Specification Sections

Proposal.
In reference to specification sections 00900, 00901, 00902, and 00903 the required forms are to be submitted during the submittal process after award. They will not be reviewed as a part of the award process. Prior to the award the contractor is expected to perform a self evaluation of those who are to perform the work, it is the responsibility of the contractor to provide either a prime or subcontractor that will meet all the requirements of the specifications.
Is this project subject to PLA requirements as noted in The Agreement, Section II.A.16(a)?
Please refer to question 9 response.
6 Has a deadline been set for RFI's to be submitted?
All questions prior to proposal submission must be received by the Contract Specialist, Mark Talarico, no later than 4:00 PM on
Monday, November 1.
I also noticed that the pricing format for the options differ between what is outlined in the spec and the solicitation.
Please refer to question 1 response.

Is there voice and data cable in this project and to whom the pricing go to?
The documents call out for the infrastructure only for the voice and data at this time.
