About this file
This document is a streamlined solicitation for a commercial items contract opportunity. The National Institute on Drug Abuse, part of the Department of Health and Human Services, is seeking proposals for an IsoSpark Duo Service Agreement, with a 12-month period of performance at a location in Baltimore, MD.
The solicitation is full and open with no set-aside restrictions, using NAICS code 811210 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price purchase order, and will evaluate offers based on technical capability, past performance, and price, with technical and past performance being significantly more important than price. Offerors must complete specific FAR provisions related to telecommunications equipment and services, submit pricing details, and have an active SAM.gov registration. Proposals are due by August 1, 2024 at 12:00 pm EST and must be submitted electronically.
