Important Proposal Delivery Instructions:
Proposal due date is Wednesday, 13 Nov 13 at 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
a. ADDRESS: All proposals shall be delivered to the following address at the Contracting office:
AFTC/PZIOA - FA9301-13-R-0007
Attention: CINDY KEIM & TYLAN MCBRIDE
5 S. WOLFE AVE, EDWARDS AFB CA 93524
b. MOST EFFICIENT DELIVERY METHODS
1. Commercial Carriers: The quickest and most reliable proposal delivery methods to Edwards AFB Contracting is by commercial carriers (e.g. United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx, etc.). Even so, it is best to allow for more than an overnight delivery to insure a timely receipt.
2. Hand Delivery: You can also hand-deliver your proposals to the Contracting office (PK receptionist’s desk) at the address in paragraph a above. Remember, the delivery address is the Contracting office and NOT an Edwards AFB guard gate.
If you choose to hand deliver and do not have a valid base id then stop at a guard gate and have the guard contact one of the individuals below to clear your access (live calls only, no voice mails please). In order to drive on base you must have a current driver’s license and registration. Ask the guard for directions to the Contracting Office.

c. LEAST EFFICIENT DELIVERY METHOD
1. United States Postal Service (U.S. Mail): USPS deliveries are often the slowest. This is because delivery to a base address is a multistep process whereby the USPS delivers to a central mail site manned by our mail support contractor. Next, the support contractor sorts the mail for delivery;
however, because of budget cuts, the contractor only makes bi-weekly deliveries to base offices.
