LRSW SE&I Amendment 1 Questions:
This amendment includes a change to the PWS where the paragraph corresponding to REMOTE LAUNCH CONTROL CENTER (RLCC) ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT has been deleted (paragraph 1.4.2.1.2).
a. In the RFP version released on Sept 28, both Section L, para III(c) Subfactor 3, and Section M, para 2.A.iii refer to subparagraphs 1.4.2.1.2.2 and
1.4.2.1.2.4 in the context of workload fluctuation for the RLCC. The amended versions of both Sections L and M still refer to these paragraphs; however the context is now for Launch site application software sustainment. Is it the Government’s intention to have deleted these references to 1.4.2.1.2.2 and
1.4.2.1.2.4 in sections L and M in the amended RFP?
Sec L‐1 and Sec M002 have been corrected to remove references to the deleted PWS paragraphs 1.4.2.1.2.2 and 1.4.2.1.2.4.
b. Also, Para. 1.4.2.1.3 was made reserved in the Oct 6 version and there are references in Sections L and M to 1.4.2.1.3.5 which is now 1.4.2.1.2.5. Please clarify.
1.4.2.1.3.5 now reads 1.4.2.1.2.5 in Sections L‐1 and M002
c. In similar manner, paragraph L‐III(b)9 of both the Sept 28 and Oct 6 versions of the RFP indicate 12 FTE for the 30th LCG at VABF. In response to the elimination of the RLCC in the Oct 6 PWS version, is it the Government’s intention to reduce the 12FTE to 11FTE for the 30th LCG at VAFB?
No, the 30th VAFB FTE count remains at 12.
