About this file
This document contains a workbook template and instructions for an F-16 FMS Product Support Integrator solicitation from the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide repair and replacement services for F-16 aircraft parts and components under foreign military sales programs for a 10-year period of performance from June 2024 to May 2034. The workbook requests fully burdened firm fixed prices for an administrative fee charged per repaired asset and direct labor rates for various engineering and technical categories to be utilized in a total evaluated price calculation. Notional elements such as estimated repair quantities and labor hours are included for evaluation purposes but are not contractually binding.
