Total Foot Print: Not to exceed 24,530 square feet
Supports: 204 personnel
Purpose: Office space
Ceiling Height: Not less than 8' floor to ceiling
Common Area: All exterior walls and any walls adjacent to Office Space Area #1, 2, 3, 4, Video Teleconference Room, or Computer Room must be constructed to the standards defined in ICD/ICS 705Supports # of EmployeesConstruction Specifications
