About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for the U.S. Air Force's fleet of C-12 aircraft. The Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing full CLS services, including Contractor Operated & Maintained Base Supply, worldwide spares support, line maintenance, depot-level maintenance, Contract Field Team support, and management of government-furnished property. The CLS services are required at 19 CONUS and OCONUS locations, primarily at foreign military bases and commercial facilities. The government seeks input on business information, company capabilities, and pricing strategies for a potential 10-year, firm-fixed-price contract. Key details include: the C-12 fleet and mission, required CLS services, government-furnished property, and potential set-asides for small businesses. Responses are due by June 26, 2024, and an industry day will be held on June 26-27, 2024.
