About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes to identify potential sources capable of providing Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for the U.S. Air Force's fleet of 30 C-12 aircraft located at CONUS and OCONUS sites. The C-12 is a militarized version of the Beechcraft King Air 200 and 1900 series aircraft used for passenger/cargo transport, medevac, and test support.
The anticipated contract will be a 10-year, Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year and nine 1-year options. The contractor will be required to provide full CLS including field and depot maintenance, supply chain management, configuration management, program management, and other related support. The government is seeking industry feedback on the acquisition strategy, contract structure, pricing, transition, and opportunities for small business participation. Responses to the RFI are due by June 26, 2024, and an Industry Day will be held at Tinker AFB, OK on June 26-27, 2024.
