Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Without exception, all SP (prime contractor) and subcontractor employees acquiring a NexGen

IT role must complete an NDA in order to protect the employee, employee’s company, and the government from misuse of data including, but not limited to, insight into government planning, government cost estimates, or workload history that might prove a competitive advantage.

NexGen IT is a foundational DAF business information system covering real property, cost, energy consumption, projects, and maintenance management. The architecture behind NexGen

IT is IBM’s TRIRIGA which by design makes all data within a data group, typically an installation, generally viewable by all authorized users of the system within that data group.

User account role restrictions are intended to limit who can add or modify records but do not restrict view. While some paths to data may be hidden for user efficiency, e.g. a page with a data query is not shown, it is still possible to intentionally or inadvertently see other data.

Signed NDAs shall be submitted to military or government personnel whom oversee or manage this contract at the installation level.

An NDA was developed for NexGen IT and can be found by accessing the following URL. If there are problems accessing this URL, the government representative(s) overseeing this contract can provide a copy upon request.
