About this file
This is Amendment 0002 to a U.S. Air Force solicitation (FA520526R0004) issued by the 35 Contracting Squadron at Kadena Air Base, APO AP 96319-5201. The amendment, effective March 26, 2026, extends the proposal submission deadline from April 1, 2026 to April 8, 2026 at the request of interested vendors to allow additional time following Q&A responses. The amendment also clarifies wording in FAR 52.212-1 regarding pricing submission instructions and provides updated attachments.
The solicitation seeks commercial products and services with responses organized into four separate parts: Part I (Summary and Miscellaneous Data), Part II (Technical Proposal—maximum 15 pages), Part III (Past Performance Proposal), and Part IV (Price Proposal). Technical evaluation addresses Management/Staffing Plan, Quality Assurance Plan, and Resumes on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. Past performance requires listing 2-10 recent and relevant contracts from the past ten years involving IMPS or construction site surveillance services. Offerors must provide CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification status and maintain current cybersecurity compliance per 32 CFR Part 170. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the deadline to rebecca.rohrs@us.af.mil and kade.forrester.1@us.af.mil. Questions are due by March 16, 2026 at 0900 JST via excel format documenting the relevant solicitation areas and clarifications sought.
