APPENDIX B
DELIVERABLES
1.0 General. Deliverables are items within the Performance Work Statement (PWS) the Government would like the Contractor to provide. These could be in the form of plans, reports, Contract Data Requirement Lists (CRDL), and/or data systems. Deliverables are considered an integral part of this contract and shall be nonproprietary in nature. Unless otherwise noted, all submitted reports and plans shall be accurate to the last calendar day of the previous month.
2.0 Deliverable Matrix. This matrix captures deliverables within the PWS and provides details (who, when and how) for each deliverable. Separate attachments are provided for each deliverable detailing pertinent information including samples of reports/plans and points of contact; where a sample is not provided “Contractor Format” is acceptable; however, use of the Office 2019 (or later) and Adobe 2020 (or later) is required.

Note: these attachments will be provided with the Final RFP
5.0 Additional Sample
5.1. Hazmat Certification Letter – Appoint in writing personnel authorized to process, ship and receive AA&E. This letter must be updated when personnel are added or removed or certification dates are renewed. Training recertification is every 2 years.
5.2. Classified Authorization Letter - Appoint in writing personnel authorized to process, ship and receive classified, sensitive and NWRM material. This letter must be updated when personnel are added or removed.
5.3. CMOS System Administrator – Appoint Cargo Movement Operations System
(CMOS) administrators at CMOS operating locations and ensure they receive required training. This letter must be updated when personnel are added or removed.
5.4 Wood Packaging Material – Certify and appoint in writing military or civilian personnel to serve as primary and alternate WPM Site Custodian(s) and personnel to serve as primary and alternate WPM Site Auditor(s). Personnel selected as WPM Site Auditor(s). This letter must be updated when personnel are added or removed.
