About this file
This document contains an appendix to a solicitation for global prepositioned materiel services. The appendix outlines special requirements for contractors providing temporary deployment support, including developing a contingency plan of operations within 96 hours of a deployment notification to address life support needs such as medical services, housing, food, and transportation for personnel. Contractors will be responsible for all life support needs unless specifically provided by the government. The performance work statement requires contractors to receive, store, inventory, maintain, and reconstitute prepositioned materiel assets for the U.S. Air Force in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and U.S. European Command areas of responsibility, as well as limited support for CONUS-staged assets. Interested parties were requested to respond with feedback by January 17, 2019.
