SUBJECT: FA4890-19-R-A004, GPMS Draft Section L and M Post
1. The Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) posted the Global Prepositioned Materiel Services (GPMS) Draft Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors, and Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award to the beta.SAM.gov website. The purpose of the Draft Sections L and M is to solicit feedback from industry to ensure the Government provides an effective product for meeting mission requirements for GPMS in Pacific Air Force Command (PACAF) and the U.S. Air Forces Europe (USAFE) theaters.
2. The documentation speaks to site visits for each theater. The Government will provide additional instructions pertaining to the site visits in a future post on beta.SAM.gov.
3. The Government requests that all questions be submitted using the attached document. Please save all question submissions until after the site visits to both theaters.
