APPENDIX B
DELIVERABLES
1.0 GENERAL. Deliverables are items within the Performance Work Statement (PWS) the Government would like the Contractor to provide. These could be in the form of plans, reports, Contract Data Requirement Lists (CRDL), and/or data systems. Deliverables are considered an integral part of this contract and shall be nonproprietary in nature. In the event the contractor determines that proprietary information must be included within a document, all proprietary information must be clearly marked “[contractor name] Proprietary” (e.g. Alpha Business Company (ABC) would mark their proprietary information as “ABC Proprietary”) at both the document level and to the sub-paragraph level. Once submitted to the Government, all deliverables and the information & data (unless proprietary) within become the property of the Government for GPMS Program use. Unless otherwise required by the specific deliverable, all submitted reports and plans shall be accurate to the last calendar day of the previous month.
1.1 Deliverables Matrix. This matrix captures deliverables within the PWS and provides details (who, when and how) for each deliverable. Unless a template is provided in following paragraphs, contractor format is acceptable (MS Office 2013 or Adobe Pro 2015, or more recent).
Note: Applicable templates will be provided with the Final RFP.
