Sep). Mr Resler will provide site visit coordination/documentation requirements and base access/escort information at that time.
Personal identification such as a U.S. military CAC card, retired U.S. military ID card, U.S. state driver’s license, U.S. state non-driver’s ID card, or U.S. passport will be necessary at the time of visit to verify individual identification with offeror’s provided site visit documentation.
Only one company will be allowed access to the Bidders’ Library at any one time.
Only three persons per company will be allowed access to the Bidders’ Library at any one time. Mr. Resler or any staff personnel cannot answer any contractual or technical questions. The data will not be copied. No pictures may be taken of available materials or data. No pictures may be taken of the facilities or operations of the flightline/hangar. Company representatives may take notes of the data only.
Most data will be electronic format and will be viewed in that format. Paper copies of documentation listed in PWS Appendix C will need to be retrieved from their permanent technical library location upon request. Recommend each offeror provide Mr Resler a list of the paper copy documents they wish to review prior to the visitation dates. This will reduce the offeror’s wait time for publications retrieval during their appointment.
