AERIAL TARGETS O&M RECOMPETE FA4890-14-R-0012
PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT
20 NOVEMBER 2014
The Pre-Proposal Conference (PPC)/Site Visit for Aerial Targets O&M Recompete
FA4890-14-R-0012 will be held on 20 November 2014 at Tyndall AFB, Florida.
Please see instructions in paragraphs (1) and (2) below.
(1) All offeror participants shall submit a site visit request in the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) to SMO Code: TX1CF3026 no later than 13 November 2014 . This SMO Code is specific to the 82 Aerial Target Squadron. Use the following information for your submittal:

Please list all offeror participants for each company, joint venture, teaming arrangement, etc., in one visit request for each group.
All offeror participants shall meet the AMIC escorts at the Tyndall Visitor Center at 0830 hours on 20 November 2014 for initial in-processing/identification verification. The local address for the Tyndall Visitor Center is 2580 Roosevelt Blvd, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403. Personal identification such as a U.S. military CAC card, retired U.S. military ID card, U.S. state driver’s license, U.S. state non-driver’s ID card, or U.S. passport will be necessary at the time of visit to verify individual identification with each contractor-provided site visit documentation previously submitted in JPAS.
All offeror participants shall be transported via government bus to the briefing conference and site locations. At the conclusion of the conference and facility tour, the participants will be returned back to their vehicles located in the Tyndall Visitor's Center parking lot.
(2) In a separate action, please confirm your group’s attendance by forwarding the following information A-H for each individual offeror participant in your group to accamic.drx.aerialtargetsrecompete@us.af.mil. Title your email “PPC/Site Visit
– Company Name” (example: “PPC/Site Visit – ABC Company”). Each offeror participant’s company should submit one email containing information for all attendees.

Personal information of offeror participants will not be shared at the PPC/Site
Visit or on FedBizOpps. This information will only be used by government personnel to contact participants in the event of a last minute cancellation or emergency situation.
This solicitation will not permit foreign Contractor participation. This requirement involves direct support for test and evaluation of USAF air-to-air weapons and weapons systems which are subject to export restrictions IAW International Traffic in Arms Regulations and the Arms Export Control Act that restrict access to certain aspects of the weapons systems. The procurement will require the disclosure of classified military information and controlled unclassified information in which foreign Contractors are considered non-qualified suppliers and thus are prohibited from submitting proposals and/or participating in the PPC/Site Visit.
There will be NO photography, filming, tape recording, or electronic surveillance of any kind allowed at Tyndall AFB during the PPC/Site Visit or at any of the site locations.
