13. SECURITY GUIDANCE. The security classification guidance needed for this classified effort is identified below. If any difficulty is encountered in applying this guidance or if any other contributing factor indicates a need for changes in this guidance, the contractor is authorized and encouraged to provide recommended changes; to challenge the guidance or the classification assigned to any information or material furnished or generated under this contract; and to submit any questions for interpretation of this guidance to the official identified below. Pending final decision, the information involved shall be handled and protected at the highest level of classification assigned or recommended. (Fill in as appropriate for the classified effort. Tyndall AFN, FL 32403 501 Airey Ave STE 5 Tyndall AFB, FL 32403 guidance: Ref 10j: For Official Use Only (FOUO) information provided under this contract shall be managed and safeguarded IWA DoD 5400.7-R, Chapter 4, DoD Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
Ref 10K: Restricted Area Badges: Local base procedures for entry to Air Force controlled/restricted areas where a contractor will work will be enforced. An AF Form 2586, Unescorted Entry Authorization Certificate, will be completed and signed by the sponsoring agencies Security Manger before a Restricted Areas Badge will be issued. Contractor employees must have a favorable completed National Agency Check with Written Inquires (NACI) investigation before receiving a Restricted Area Badge.
Ref 11e: Contract is for civil engineering support services at Tyndall AFB, Florida. Services include maintenance, repair and operations of real property and real property installed equipment.
Ref 14 (cont.) DoDM 5200.01, Information Security Program; AFI 16-1404, Air Force Information Security Program; AFI 16-1406 Air Force Industrial Security Program and other directives deemed necessary by the servicing IPO. Prior approval of the contracting activity is required for subcontracting.
This DD Form 254 is for the purpose of contractor performance of Base Operations Support Services. Actual knowledge of generation or production of classified material is not required in the performance of this contract. Cleared personnel are required to perform this service due to access to limited areas cannot be precluded by escorting personnel.
