Attachment 3, Resource, Process, and Execution Submittal (RPES)
Note: Italicized fonts provide direction or examples. Do not include in RPES
1. Contractor: Full contractor name
2. RPES #: Specific subfactor of this RPES (1A1, 1B17, etc.)
3. Applicable Technical Subfactor: (Project Management, Operations & Maintenance)
4. RPES Requirement: Synopsis of the RPES subfactor. RPES is to address both the subfactor reference para, if provided, as well as the overall requirement within the PWS that affects the subfactor.
5. Manpower: Complete table for manpower to support RPES.

8. Process: Explain the processes to support the PWS requirements and thoroughly address the RPES. Include cross-utilization of personnel (welder, machinist, etc.), equipment, and vehicles as applicable.
9. Management: Explain management functions as related to RPES and PWS compliance. Also address subcontracting that will be used for all or part of a requirement.
10. Expertise: Detail personnel expertise, qualification, licenses, etc. to support the RPES.
