Instructions

ELECTRONIC SECTION B INSTRUCTIONS
General Instructions
Proposed prices should be based on the offeror's own technical approach as submitted in their Technical Proposal based on the Government's Performance Work Statement requirements.
Instructions regarding "Worksheet" Tab:
The "Worksheet" spreadsheet is intended to provide minimal supporting documentation for Schedule B prices. Enter offeror name where indicated; the offeror's name will automatically be copied from the worksheet to the Schedule B tab for each period of performance.
Instructions regarding "Sched B" Tabs:
Please enter unit prices rounded to the nearest penny (rounded to two decimal places) in the blue colored cells. Cells that do not require input are protected from accidental overtyping. Hit "Tab" to move between cells requiring input. Worksheet Tabs labeled "6-mos Extension" and "Total Sched B" are completely protected as they contain formula cells that will automatically fill based on data from previous worksheets.
Note: Refer to RFP Addendum to 52-212-2 for an explanation of how the Total Evaluated Price will be calculated by the Government.
Please ensure Total Evaluated Price as calculated on Schedule B for each year is as intended.
