Structural Deficiencies Building 2451, Fairchild AFB, WA
A. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions proposed by prospective contractors for the FY24 MATOC.
1. Question: FOPR says QC/Supt combined, SOW says separate. Which is correct?
Answer: Superintendent/QC responsibilities MAY be combined. SOW Paragraph 2.5 has been revised. Refer to 24R0001_GJKZ1135564-Atch10B-
Amend01SOW30OCT2023.
2. Question: SOW calls for 35% design but deliverables for AutoCAD says 65% design. Which is correct?
Answer: This project will only require a 35% design. SOW Paragraph 4.5 has been revised to reflect the deliverables to be 35%, not 65%. Refer to
24R0001_GJKZ1135564-Atch10B-Amend01SOW30OCT2023.
3. Question: What is the extent of as-built AutoCAD drawings expected?
Answer: The awarded contractor for the Seed Project is expected to provide all new and/or revised connection details and locations. A complete building CAD plan is not necessary.
4. Question: Under SOW 4.5 Submittal Quantities (digital only)
A. Appears the design submittals are all electronic, but not clear sure what you want.
i. Drawings full size – PDF – one copy
ii. Drawings PDF on DVD – one copy
Isn’t that the same thing?
Answer: All PDFs to be delivered on a DVD.
B. Under 35% Design: Specifications – individual PDF files one copy. Under the Electronic

Amend01SOW30OCT2023.
