SUBJECT: Solicitation FA462024R0001, Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Past Performance Questionnaire
1. The 92d Contracting Squadron of the Air Mobility Command (AMC) is in the process of selecting a contractor for the
Multiple Award Task Order Contract program for Fairchild AFB WA. The MATOC is a multiple award, competitive design-build indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) design/construction acquisition based upon a general statement of work. The work will consist of multiple disciplines in general construction and design categories to include maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property as well as new construction of base infrastructure, facilities, roads and airfields.
One of the considerations in proposal evaluation is the verification of the offerors’ past and present performance on contracts, which reflect the offeror’s ability to perform on the proposed effort. We depend on information received from agencies such as yours, which have had first-hand experience with an offeror, for the evaluation of the offeror’s performance on those contracts.
Our areas of interest in the offeror are summarized in the enclosed questionnaire. Please complete this questionnaire and return your written response no later than the proposal response deadline 28 November 2023, 02:00 P.M. Pacific
Standard Time. Per Amendment 02 effective 14 November 2023, Past Performance Volume is due by 12 December 2023 at 11:00 A.M. (PST)
2. This schedule will allow us sufficient time to analyze the data within the proposal evaluation period.
