About this file
This document contains questions and answers related to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Information Technology Capabilities Contract (ITCC) II in support of United States Strategic Command. The RFP solicits proposals to provide IT services including components currently installed on the Remedy system such as the Incident Management Console, Problem Management Console, and Change Management Console. While the government uses barcode scanners for inventory in the Remedy system, full inventory tracking functionality has not yet been implemented. There are some dependencies between systems such that the unavailability of one system may cause the unavailability of another. The solicitation number is FA4600-14-R-0017 and was issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command.
