1. Section L, Para L1.14, Distribution
The RFP does not address subcontractor sealed packages. Are the subcontractors required to submit sealed packages? If so, are they required to be submitted to the Contracting Officer, or to the Prime Contractor?
Response: L5.1 is modified to state “For subcontractors performing over $700K of the effort and those subcontractors issued a Cost Reimbursement, Time & Materials or Labor Hour contract, the subcontractor shall submit an electronic copy of their cost/price information to their respective DCAA/DCMA office and to the 55 CONS POC’s identified in L1.14, Distribution.”
