JBANW Appearance standards
Aircraft
• All painted areas shall be free of streaks, bugs, dirt, exhaust residue, oil, and grease
- shall have a shined appearance
• All windows shall be free of streaks, water spots, bugs, and any other visible substance
• The exterior design will not be altered in any way, to include the application of tape or markings
• All panels and fairings, to include windows and doors, shall be painted during installation so that the aircraft finish is restored and there are no inconsistencies in color or design as observed from a distance of 25 feet. When this requirement is not practical due to Non CVAM mission requirements, it shall be accomplished in conjunction with the next scheduled maintenance downtime.
• VIP soundproofing shall be free of dust, dirt, grease, oil, rips, scratches, markings or any other visible substance
• VIP carpets shall be free of rips, dirt, lint, stains, and any visible substance
• Passenger/troop seats shall be free of rips, stains and any visible substance
• All windows shall be free of streaks, water spots, bugs, and any other visible substance
• All flight deck instruments shall be free of dust, dirt, scratches, markings and any other visible substance
Contractor Vehicles
• Exterior shall be free of dirt, grease, oil, scratches, markings or any other visible substance. Finish will be free of inconsistencies in color or design as observed from a distance of 25 feet.
