About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding a federal solicitation for fire protection, emergency management, and emergency medical services. The solicitation is for a follow-on contract to provide these services to Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on a 24/7 basis to ensure continuous mission support. The incumbent contractor currently owns government-provided personal protective equipment, which will not transfer to a new awardee. Bidders should price two sets of PPE in their initial contract bids as the equipment will be contractor-provided and government-owned going forward. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside being conducted by the Department of the Air Force Space Command.
