AMENDMENT 1
DUE DATE AND TIME:
One Step: PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TIME: Is hereby extended to 25 November 2024, 3:00 P.M. EST.
NOTE: Proposal receipt after the due date and time shall be governed by the provisions of FAR 52.215-1(c)(3). Early proposal submission is encouraged.
Submission: Electronic submission is required. Proposals must be submitted using DoD SAFE to the Primary Contracting Point of Contacts (POCs): Katherine Ryan, Contracting Officer, AFRL/RQKPB, katherine.ryan.2@us.af.mil; Erica Mullen, Contract Specialist, AFRL/RQKPB, erica.mullen@us.af.mil.
Offerors should request a DoD SAFE Drop-Off link from Katherine Ryan and Erica Mullen by email at least 4 calendar days prior to Proposal due date.
The maximum email file size the Government can receive is 8 GB. Multiple submissions may be needed to facilitate delivery of the entire proposal.
DOD SAFE Drop-Offs should be made with sufficient time for transmittal. Submissions can take up to 4 hours for delivery (recommend submission 24 hours prior to due date to ensure timely delivery).
