AMENDMENT 1
A. DUE DATE AND TIME:
One Step: PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TIME: Is hereby extended to 27 January
2025, 3:00 P.M. EST.
NOTE: Proposal receipt after the due date and time shall be governed by the provisions of FAR 52.215-1(c)(3). Early proposal submission is encouraged.
Submission: Electronic submission is required. Proposals must be submitted using DoD SAFE to the Primary Contracting Point of Contacts (POCs): Peter Seiley, Contracting Officer, AFRL/RQKPB, peter.seiley@us.af.mil; Eric Carretta, Contracting Officer, AFRL/RQKPB, eric.carretta@us.af.mil; Dylan Steinke, Contract Specialist, AFRL/RQKPB, dylan.steinke@us.af.mil.
Offerors should request a DoD SAFE Drop-Off link from Peter Seiley, Eric Carretta and Dylan Steinke by email at least 4 calendar days prior to Proposal due date.
The maximum email file size the Government can receive is 8 GB. Multiple submissions may be needed to facilitate delivery of the entire proposal. DOD SAFE Drop-Offs should be made with sufficient time for transmittal. Submissions can take up to 4 hours for delivery (recommend submission 24 hours prior to due date to ensure timely delivery).
B. Please be aware the document titled “Program Protection Plan (PPP) Aerospace Systems
Directorate, Turbine Engine Division” has been added to the applicable documents listed in paragraph 2.0 of Attachment 3, AEPO Statement of Objectives (SOO). Attachment 3, AEPO SOO dated 2 October 2024 has been replaced in its entirety with Attachment 3, AEPO SOO dated 26 November 2024.
C. Please be aware that Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) A011 “Operating
Procedures for Hazardous Materials” has been removed from Attachment 1, CDRLs A.
NOTE: Reference CDRL A009 “System Safety Hazard Analysis Report (SSHA)” for documenting procedures for hazardous materials. Attachment 1, CDRLs Exhibit A, dated 21 October 2024 has been replaced in its entirety with Attachment 1, CDRLs Exhibit A, dated 26 November 2024.
