About this file
This document is a Performance Requirement Summary (PRS) that outlines the performance standards and surveillance methods for a federal contract opportunity related to total preventive maintenance, repair, and cleaning services for Army Family Housing (AFH) at USAG Humphreys in South Korea.
The PRS defines key performance objectives, standards, and acceptable quality levels for various contract requirements, such as key control, environmental control, service calls/task work orders, routine repair and maintenance, change of occupancy (COM), change of command (COC), change of preventative maintenance (COP), and project/major repair works. The government will use these standards to evaluate and rate the contractor's performance, with remedies specified for failure to meet the standards. The related federal contract opportunity is Solicitation Number W91QVN24R0008 for these total preventive maintenance, repair, and cleaning services at USAG Humphreys.
