About this file

This draft solicitation and related documents outline requirements for depot level maintenance support services at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest in North Island, California. The Navy seeks these services through a single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee pricing and a five-year ordering period. This follow-on contract to N68936-17-C-0081 will provide aircraft, engine, and component maintenance, repair, and logistics support. The solicitation targets release in the first quarter of fiscal year 2022, with proposals due through DoD SAFE and contract award anticipated that same quarter. The incumbent is Aircraft Readiness Alliance LLC under contract N68936-17-C-0081. Industry may submit questions on the draft solicitation by December 22, 2021 to help ensure requirements are clear. An optional virtual industry day is also planned for the first quarter of 2022.

Prime offeror fee on subcontractor price should be included in the fee column (rather than the cost column) of Section B.
