About this file
This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlines reporting requirements for a cooling water and chemical treatment services contract at various government buildings in Philadelphia. The contractor must submit a monthly Contract Status Report within 10 days of each month, starting with the first month of contract performance. The report must include details of all preventative maintenance, inspections, service requests, corrective maintenance level 1 and 2 work performed within that month, including labor hours, materials used, and conditions encountered. It must also include a quality inspection and surveillance summary with the results of events and corrective actions from the prior month. Reports are to be submitted electronically to the technical point of contact, contracting officer's representative, and other parties listed in block 14.
This Request for Proposal solicits bids for a competitive small business set-aside contract for cooling water equipment preventative maintenance/repair and cooling water analysis and chemical treatment services at various buildings in the Philadelphia Navy Yard. A site visit will be held on February 20, 2024 for interested parties to attend. Proposals are due by the date specified in the solicitation issued by the Naval Sea Systems Command on behalf of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. The contract will be a single-award IDIQ with firm fixed pricing for the required services.
