About this file
This is a project description document for the Cannabis Care Line (CCL) Pilot Program, a staffing procurement initiative managed by the State of Maryland. The program seeks to establish a free-to-caller Cannabis Care Line providing professional information on medical cannabis use and health-related questions regarding cannabis consumption. The solicitation (MCA260003) requires contractor staffing to operate the care line and support its mission of public education and health information services. The document outlines the scope of work and operational requirements for the pilot program, though specific response dates, bidder meetings, site visits, and contract award dates are not detailed in this file excerpt.
Pricing terms, set-asides, funding amounts, and other financial specifications are not specified in the available document content. The contract represents Maryland's initiative to establish a pilot program addressing cannabis-related public health information needs through professional staffing support. Additional contract details regarding incumbent contractors, renewal options, contract term length, and specific funding sources would be contained in supplementary solicitation documents and the full scope of work specifications.

1. In the RFP, page 43, states "See Specific Document Provided by Procurement Officer" for the Labor Resume Form. Did you provide a specific form for this RFP or is this not applicable to this RFP? A: See Attachment Q
2. Can you please clarify the price form required for submissions? I see an Excel spreadsheet with a “Unit Price” field to fill in. Would that be the number at the bottom of the price form (Sum E + J) for the 18-month contract, but the details remain only in the price form PDF? Or are there any other details we should be adding to the Excel spreadsheet? A: Appendix 2 is the Price Form. Offerors should complete the Price Form, providing cost estimates for each line item (personnel, equipment/supplies, training, other costs) for both the base and option periods. A narrative summary explaining these line items should be included as well.
