About this file

This Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) is for the USS Blue Ridge (LCC-19) FY26 contract, outlining the Navy's performance monitoring and evaluation process for the contractor. The document details specific surveillance methods including direct observation, documentation verification, and inspections to ensure contractor compliance with contract requirements.

Key performance standards include submitting various schedules and reports according to NAVSEA Standard Item (NSI) 009-60, responding to Corrective Action Requests (CARs), accurately completing Condition Found Reports (CFRs), and timely addressing Letters of Concern (LOCs), Letters of Direction (LODs), and potential cure or show cause notices. The government will continuously monitor contractor performance and assign either an acceptable or unacceptable rating, with potential documentation in the Contractor Performance Assessment Report System (CPARS) that could impact future contract opportunities.
