About this file
The document provides instructions and fitness determination requirements for accessing Rivanna Station, a secure military facility. To gain entry, individuals must complete DPTMS (RS) Form 21 and submit it to specified email addresses. Access is contingent upon passing a comprehensive fitness determination screening that includes checks for current arrest warrants, criminal history, sexual offenses, espionage, terrorism, registered sex offender status, felony convictions, and potential threats to government security.
Entry requirements include possessing a Real ID or valid passport, obtaining a day pass from the Visitor Control Center, and being subject to personal and vehicle searches. Strict prohibitions are in place, including no firearms and no photography. The fitness determination matrix outlines 11 disqualifying factors that can result in denied access, ranging from unresolved arrest warrants to identification in the Terrorism Screening Database. The instructions are designed to ensure the safety and security of the Rivanna Station installation.
