About this file
The file is a detailed Excel-based SubContractor Cost Breakout spreadsheet for a federal contract opportunity with the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division. The spreadsheet provides comprehensive instructions for subcontractors to document labor costs, requiring detailed entries for each employee including employment status, labor category, full-time/part-time designation, work location, and rates across five performance periods (base year and four option years). Contractors must populate the spreadsheet with employee names, labor categories, hourly rates, and calculate total labor costs, indirect costs, and fixed fees, with specific formatting requirements such as using two decimal places for dollar figures and maintaining unlocked cells with intact formulas.
The related federal contract opportunity is a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Aircraft Instrumentation Division (AID) Follow On solicitation (N0042124R0081), seeking technical, engineering, supply, administrative, program analysis/management, and facility contractor support services. The opportunity is issued by the Department of the Navy's Naval Air Systems Command, with questions to be submitted to Contract Specialist Shannon Summers by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on 06 June 2025. The draft RFP is available on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) platform, and interested contractors should review the detailed solicitation for full requirements and submission guidelines.
