About this file
This document is Attachment I - Assumptions and Exceptions for the MyFloridaNetwork-3 Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. DMS-24/25-260, issued by the Florida Department of Management Services. The attachment provides guidelines for respondents to outline any assumptions or exceptions they may have regarding the Scope of Work and Service Level Agreements & Financial Consequences. Respondents are instructed to clearly state their assumptions using a provided format and are advised to limit exceptions to proposed changes that would either materially reduce costs without impacting service levels or improve the solution's quality without significantly increasing expenses.
The document emphasizes that this attachment will not be provided to evaluators and will only become applicable if a respondent is selected for negotiations. Respondents are required to complete the attachment without assuming their proposed assumptions and exceptions will be automatically accepted. If no exceptions exist, respondents must explicitly state that they offer no exceptions to the attachments. The document includes a template for listing specific sections, section titles, exceptions, and proposed language modifications, with the flexibility to add additional rows and pages as needed.
