About this file

This attachment specifies requirements for a federal contract to build out Building 72 at a Veterans Affairs community living center. The solicitation seeks to renovate approximately 10,000 square feet to create 20 single-occupancy patient rooms, each with a private bathroom. Offerors must propose a design and construction plan to upgrade all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; install new finishes, fixtures and furniture; and address any code or safety issues. Bids are due by July 15, 2021 and the contract is to be awarded by September 1, 2021. The estimated price range for the project is between $2-4 million. The opportunity is designated for verified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses operating within Veterans Integrated Service Network 6.
