About this file
This document is a Buy American Certificate (Standard Form 52.225-2, dated October 2022) used to certify the origin and domestic content of end products in a federal procurement solicitation. The certificate requires offerors to identify and classify their end products as either domestic or foreign, with specific requirements for reporting the country of origin and domestic content percentage. Offerors must list foreign end products manufactured in the United States that do not qualify as domestic end products, indicating whether these products exceed 55% domestic content, with exceptions for commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) items. The document provides space for vendors to list line item numbers, countries of origin, and domestic content percentages, and requires a vendor point of contact and signature to validate the information.
