About this file
This is a sample client authorization letter template for use in response to FAA Screening Information Request/Request for Offer (SIR/RFO) No. 6973GH-26-R-00130 for MMAC Architectural & Engineering Services. The letter is designed to be sent by responding offerors to their clients or customers to authorize the FAA to contact them directly regarding past performance and work experience. The FAA emphasizes past performance and experience as key evaluation factors in its procurements and requires that clients of responding entities be identified and willing to participate in the evaluation process.
The template instructs offerors to insert their company name, the client point of contact, and customize the letter before distribution. It directs clients to respond to any FAA representative inquiries about work performed by the offeror and provides contact information for Stephanie Riddle, the Contracting Officer at the FAA Aeronautical Center's Facilities and Aviation Safety Contracting Section (AAQ-730) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This letter serves as a procedural requirement to facilitate FAA evaluation of contractor qualifications through client references.
