About this file
This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation 6973GH-26-R-00130, issued by the FAA's Facilities and Aviation Safety Acquisition office in Oklahoma City on September 15, 2026. The amendment is not extended and modifies the original solicitation dated August 13, 2026, with a performance period of March 1, 2027 through February 28, 3032. The contracting officer is Stephanie R. Riddle. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the proposal due date of Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. by either completing items 8 and 15 on the form or submitting a separate letter or telegram referencing the solicitation and amendment number. Failure to acknowledge receipt may result in offer rejection.
The amendment makes four substantive changes to the solicitation: (1) removes Section L, 1.2.3 Distribution; (2) revises Section L, 1.3.2 Page Size and Format to allow single or double spacing for proposal pages instead of requiring double spacing only, while maintaining the requirement for electronic format, standard 8.5" x 11" letter size, minimum 12-point Times New Roman font, 1" margins, and page numbers; (3) revises Section M, 2.6 Factor Five – Past Performance to replace references to the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) with the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and similar systems as sources for government evaluation; and (4) includes FAA Form 4400-37 in Microsoft Word version as an attachment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
