About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for FAA Solicitation 6973GH-26-R-00130, a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architecture and Engineering Services at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The document addresses 40+ clarifications regarding proposal submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and contract terms.
Key proposal requirements include submission of three separate electronic volumes via email to the Contracting Specialist and Contracting Officer by October 8, 2026 (extended deadline). Volume II must use the FAA Form 4400-37 (SF-330) with specific formatting: 10-point font if using PDF version or 12-point Times New Roman if using Word version, single spacing acceptable, and 1-inch margins. Volume II is limited to 50 pages and must include a minimum of five completed projects from the past five years with construction values exceeding $10 million, resumes of key personnel, a complete consultant team (architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines), and Past Performance Questionnaires submitted directly by clients by October 8, 2026. Project managers/supervisors must be licensed architects or registered professional engineers in good standing with the State of Oklahoma; PMP certification is acceptable as a supplement but not as a substitute for licensure. Current incumbents are Benham Design, LWPB, SA Studio, Frankfurt-Short-Bruza Associates, and C.H. Guernsey. The contract is full-and-open competition under NAICS 541310 (Architectural Services) with no small business set-aside, and the MMAC comprises 130 buildings on 1,100 acres; the current A&E IDIQ contract has generated 70 task orders valued at $13.8 million in design fees since January 2022.

| Questions | Answers |
| Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past. | This is a stand-alone solicitation for an IDIQ, multiple award contract. |
| Format for Volume II, Architect-Engineer Qualifications |
Section L.1, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Respondents for Proposal Preparation, states:
“The A&E Firm’s proposal must be submitted utilizing the SF-330 (FAA 4400-37), Architect-Engineer Qualifications (Section J, Attachment 1).”
Additionally, Table L.1 identifies Volume II as “SF-330 (FAA 4400-37) Architect & Engineering Qualifications.”
However, Section L.1.3.2, Page Size and Format, states:
“Pages are to be electronic format (Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF), double spaced, on standard 8 1/2” X 11” letter size paper, no smaller than 12-point font in Times New Roman with 1” margins and page numbers at the bottom of each page.”
The FAA-provided Attachment 1, FAA Form 4400-37, has its own prescribed form layout and formatting, as a “fillable” form.
Question. Are offerors required to complete and submit Volume II using the exact FAA Form 4400-37 PDF pages provided as Attachment 1, or may offerors create their own electronically generated/reproduced SF-330/FAA 4400-37 pages, provided that the submission:
1. Maintains the same Parts, Sections, block numbers, headings, and required information contained in FAA Form 4400-37;
2. Follows the organization prescribed in Table L.1; and
| 3. Complies with the page size, font, spacing, margin, and other formatting requirements of Section L.1.3.2? | Offerors may use electronic versions of FAA Form 4400-37. If the PDF version is used, 10pt font size is acceptable. If it used as a word document, 12pt font size is required. Single spacing is acceptable. Section L, 1.3.2 (a) Page Size and Format has been amended in Amendment 0002. |
| Past Performance Questionnaire requirements and the September 17, 2026 submission deadline. |
The solicitation requires offerors to provide Past Performance Questionnaires to the appropriate client points of contact, with the completed questionnaires to be submitted directly by the client to the FAA no later than September 17, 2026.
Question 1: If an offeror provides a Past Performance Questionnaire to the appropriate client point of contact, but the client fails to submit the completed questionnaire directly to the FAA by the September 17 deadline, will the offeror’s Past Performance evaluation be adversely affected by the client’s failure to meet the submission deadline?
| Question 2: If a client point of contact does not submit the completed questionnaire to the FAA by the September 17 deadline, may the offeror submit a previously completed Past Performance Questionnaire for the same contract/project for the FAA’s consideration? Alternatively, will the FAA rely on other available past performance information, as contemplated by Section 3.2.5? | The deadline has been extended to October 8, 2026. In accordance with Section L, 3.2.5 Factor 5 Past Performance - "The FAA will assess the Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQ) submitted by the offeror's customers/contractors in addition to any other available performance data. Questionnaires received after the closing date may not be evaluated". In accordance with Section M, 2.6 Factor Five - Past Perfomance - "The Government reserves the right to use both the information provided in the offeror's proposal and information obtained from other sources that include but not limited to, the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) or similar systems, and commercial sources". Section M, 2.6 Factor Five - Past Performance has been amended in Amendment 0002. | |
| FAA Form 4400-37 includes fields requesting a DUNS Number. Since the federal government has transitioned from the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number to the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) as the primary identifier for entities doing business with the federal government: | ||
| Question: Should offerors enter their UEI in the fields labeled “DUNS Number” on FAA Form 4400-37, continue to provide their legacy DUNS Number if available, or leave those fields blank? | Please use the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) instead of a DUNS Number. | |
| I see that the IDIQ solicitation is slotted for small businesses under the architecture NAICS code. Since this is both A & E services, would the FAA be open to changing to small businesses under the engineering NAICS code? | NAICS codes are not a part of the evaluation criteria. | |
| The solicitation specifies that proposal pages are to use 1-inch margins. However, the layout of the FAA Form 4400-37 provided as Attachment 1 appears to use margins that are closer to 0.5 inch. | ||
| Question: Would the FAA permit offerors to use 0.5-inch margins for Volume II submissions prepared in the FAA Form 4400-37 format, in order to more closely align with the layout of the Government-provided form, while otherwise complying with the solicitation’s page size, font, spacing, and formatting requirements | Offerors may use electronic versions of FAA Form 4400-37. | |
| Who are the current incumbents for the subject referenced solicitation? | Benham Design, LWPB, SA Studio, Frankfurt-Short-Bruza Associates, C.H. Guernsey | |
| Attachment 1 — SF330-FAA 4400-37 Form |
As provided, FAA Form 4400-37 does not reasonably accommodate complete, legible responses - particularly when the solicitation’s one-inch-margin, 12-point Times New Roman, double-spacing, and page-number requirements are applied. Please clarify the following:
a) May offerors recreate and expand FAA 4400-37 pages to accommodate complete responses while retaining the form’s section headings and requested information?
b) Because the provided form does not have one-inch margins, may recreated pages retain the original form’s margins, or must they be adjusted to provide one-inch margins?
c) Do the 12-point Times New Roman, double-spacing, and page-number requirements apply to the form, recreated pages, and continuation pages?
| d) Please confirm recreated or continuation pages may include project photographs, graphics, and diagrams. | If the PDF version is used, 10pt font size is acceptable. If it used as a word document, 12pt font size is required. Single spacing is acceptable. You may submit a photo to reference a project, but it is not necessary. It will apply to 50 pg limit. |
| Section F projects and PPQs |
Factor 1 requires a minimum of five projects, while Attachment 1 provides room for up to 10 projects. Please confirm:
| • May offerors submit five to ten Section F projects (within the 50-page Volume II limit?) | Offeror may submit more than the minimum five projects while complying with the 50-page limit. |
| Proposal submission |
Section L.1.2.1 requires email submission, while Section L.1.2.3 references a mailed original. Please confirm whether email submission alone is sufficient or whether a physical copy is also required.
| • If physical copies are required or permitted, will hand delivery be accepted? Please provide the applicable delivery address and instructions. | Electronic submissions are required. Section L, 1.2.3 Distribution has been removed from the SIR via Amendment 0002. | |
| Page 86, Paragraph 1.2.1 Electronic Offers states “Documentation shall be submitted electronically in accordance with Section L, Clause 3.2.2.3-20, Offers. The electronic copy shall be submitted by email to the Contracting Specialist, Charity Daniel at Caridad.Daniel@faa.gov and the Contracting Officer, Stephanie Riddle at Stephanie.R.Riddle@faa.gov. Note: Proposal Volumes I, II and III shall be submitted as separate documents. NOTE: Due to FAA email size limitations, it is highly recommended that offerors submit their email proposal for each volume as separate emails and in the email subject line state 6973GH-26-R-00130, Volume “**” Submitted on Behalf of “**”.” | ||
| Question. Page 86, Paragraph 1.2.3 Distribution states “The “original” proposal shall be clearly identified. Proposal shall be address to the Contracting Officer and mailed to the address shown in Section A of the model contract/solicitation (Block 8 of SF33) and in paragraph 1.2 above. The offeror shall ensure the time and date specified for receipt, the solicitation number, and the name and address of the offeror are clearly marked on the outer packaging of the proposal.” Please clarify if proposals shall be submitted electronically or by mail. | Electronic submissions are required. Section L, 1.2.3 Distribution has been removed from the SIR via Amendment 0002. | |
| Section L.3.2.2, Factor 2 - The solicitation states that firms must have architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines either in-house or through subcontracting/teaming arrangements. Because this is a multiple-award IDIQ where task orders will be completed and negotiated on a project-by-project basis, please clarify the required content of this submission. | ||
| Question. Must offerors include a complete consultant team as part of the SF 330 submission, or may qualifications be submitted for the prime firm only with subconsultants identified at the task-order level after award? If consultants are to be included in the submission, may they be changed for individual task orders? | Offerors are to include a complete consultant team for evaluation. The changes to the consultant team are permitted to suit task order scopes. Such changes will be subject to FAA approval. | |
| Could the FAA provide any additional information regarding anticipated facility types, project scopes, expected construction value ranges, and/or approximate mix of renovation and new construction projects under this IDIQ? | The MMAC consists of 130 buildings on 1,100 acres. Predictions for the next five years are not possible. The current A&E IDIQ contract can be used as an example. The current contract period began in January 2022 and consists of 70 task order awards with a total design fee value of $13.8 million. Please see the pre-proposal presentation in Attachment section in SAM. | |
| Section L.1.2.1 directs offerors to submit proposals electronically via email, and AMS Clause 3.2.2.3-20 similarly requires electronic submission. However, Section L.1.2.3 states that the original proposal shall be addressed to the Contracting Officer and mailed to the address shown in Section A of the SF33. | ||
| Question. Please confirm that proposal submission is intended to be electronic via email only and that no hard-copy proposal is required. | Electronic submissions are required. Section L, 1.2.3 Distribution has been removed from the SIR via Amendment 0002. | |
| Our firm maintains qualifications materials using the standard SF 330 format (located here: https://www.gsa.gov/system/files/2024-08/SF330-21a.pdf). | ||
| Question. Can offerors utilize the standard SF 330 Sections E and F in lieu of reformatting those sections into the FAA-specific template, provided all required information is included and follows the organization required by the solicitation? | Provide the format as required in the SIR. | |
| Section L.1; Section L.3; Attachment 1 Architect-Engineer Qualifications (SF330, FAA 4400-37) - The solicitation references key personnel and notes that personnel may be changed with Contracting Officer approval. | ||
| Question. Please clarify whether key personnel identified in the SF 330 submission will be evaluated as binding commitments throughout the five-year contract term, or whether substitutions may be made at the task-order level subject to Contracting Officer approval. | Substitutions may be made at task-order level with approval. | |
| Section 3.2.2 of the solicitation specifies "Project managers/supervisors must be either licensed architects or registered professional engineers in good standing with the State of Oklahoma." | ||
| Question. Is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification acceptable for the role of Project Manager? | A PMP certification in addition to the licensed architect or engineer registration is acceptable. A PMP certification in lieu of the licensed architect or engineer registration is unacceptable. | |
| 3.2.2 Factor Two: Professional Qualifications | ||
| Question. Can the Project Manager/Supervisors' State of Oklahoma architectural license and/or Professional Engineering registration be pending at the time of submittal as long as the license is obtained prior to contract signing? | No. | |
| Is there a Word version of the required SF-330(FAA 4400-37), Architect-Engineer Qualifications form? If not, would we be allowed to recreate the form as long as all elements are included? | If the PDF version is used, 10pt font size is acceptable. If it used as a word document, 12pt font size is required. Single spacing is acceptable. | |
| Is it appropriate to send a Past Performance Questionnaire to an individual at the FAA – MMAC who was a Project Manager on a project we want to use in our proposal response but now (we assume) holds an voting position for the selection of the A&E firms for this IDIQ? | Offerors may send the PPQs to the appropriate parties as they wish. For PPQs being sent to AMP, they will be routed to the staff member best qualified to respond, or to an alternate staff member without such conflict. | |
| On page 2 of the Past Performance Questionnaire, Section A.4 the questionnaire is asking for the total contract amount. Is the total contract amount requested the total Design Contract amount for all design services or the total construction contract amount paid to the contractor, or the total of both? | This should be the design contract amount. | |
| I wanted to verify if we are able to submit a standard SF330 form for this solicitation, or if it must be the SF330-FAA 4400-37 form that was included in the submittal attachments? | Use FAA form provided in the SIR Attachments only. | |
| Section L 1.2.1 Electronic Offers requests proposals to be submitted electronically; however, Section L 1.2.3 requests proposals to be marked "original" and mailed to the address shown in Section A of the model contract/solicitation. | ||
| Question. Please clarify if proposal submission is via email or mailed hardcopy? | Electronic submissions are required. Section L, 1.2.3 Distribution has been removed from the SIR via Amendment 0002. | |
| Section L 1.3.2 (e) states "Each page shall be counted except the following: blank pages, title pages, tables of contents, tabs, indexes, and glossaries." | ||
| Question. We respectfully request SF330 Part IIs be excluded from the 50 page count. | Part II is included in the 50 page count. | |
| Please confirm FAA is requiring design and construction drawings to be in AutoCAD 2018 file format? | Offerors are not required to perform design work in AutoCAD 2018. However all CAD file deliverables must be in AutoCAD 2018 format. | |
| Please confirm a small business subcontracting plan is not to be included in this submission. | In accordance with AC4559 a subcontracting plan must be submitted within 10 days of CO request. | |
| Please confirm a Client Authorization Letter from each teaming partner and/or subcontractor is only required if using that teaming partner/subcontractor's past performance information in Section F of the SF330. | In accordance with the SIR, offerers should submit Client Authorization Letter's with proposal. They will not be included in the 50 pg count. | |
| Does FAA want copies of the PPQs submitted to client owners of the Section F Project Descriptions to be included in the proposal submission? If so, where should they be placed and will they be excluded from the page count? | In accordance with the SIR, offerers should submit PPQ's with the proposal. They will not be included in the 50 pg count. | |
| Please consider removing the double-spacing requirement. If not, please clarify the requirements for double spacing. Specifically, which sections of the proposal shall be double spaced? | Section L, 1.3.2 Page Size and Format has been revised in accordance with Amendment 0002. | |
| Per Section L.1, is it the FAA's intent for offers to use Attachment 1, Architect Engineer Qualifications (SF330-FAA-4400-37) or may offers use the GSA - FAR (48 CFR 53.236-2(b) SF330 Rev. 7/2021? | No, use the form provided. | |
| FAA SF330-FAA 4400-37 Architect-Engineer Qualifications |
OMB No.:2120-0595 form, Section E (Resumes of Key Personnel Proposed For This Contract) contains editable blocks but blocks will not allow multiple lines of text.
| Question. Is it acceptable to edit the PDF to allow for multiple lines of text in select areas such as line item 19a(3), 19b(3), etc. in Section E; line item 24 in Section F? | Yes, please adhere to 50 pg limit. |
| SF 330 Formatting |
Attachment 1 requires offerors to submit the SF 330 (FAA 4400-37) using the preformatted forms provided, which are formatted in 10-point Courier font. Section L.1.3.2 states that proposals should be prepared using no smaller than 12-point Times New Roman font. Because the SF 330 forms are preformatted and contain limited field space, using a 12-point font would significantly reduce the amount of information that can be included within the form fields.
| Question. To ensure compliance with the solicitation requirements, could the FAA please confirm that offerors may utilize the SF 330 (FAA 4400-37) forms in the format provided in Attachment 1 and that the font requirements of Section L.1.3.2 do not apply to the preformatted fields within those forms? | If the PDF version is used, 10pt font size is acceptable. If it used as a word document, 12pt font size is required. Single spacing is acceptable. Section L, 1.3.2 Page Size and Format has been revised in accordance with Amendment 0002. |
| Volume III - 4. Contract Documentation |
Based on the directions in this section, our understanding is that we need to work through sections of the Model Contract as well as Sections A through K, completing all sections and including all pages in our submittal. We just wanted to get clarification if these are requirements, or just will be required if a contract is awarded. Areas we have identified are as follows:
Question. Section B – Supplies or Services Prices – do we leave these pages out, or do we just include them as blank pages since pricing is not required?
Question. Section H – Clause 3.8.2-17 Key Personnel – is this required or is this for future contracts, if selected?
Question. Section I – Clause 3.1.706 Disclosure of Certain Employee Relationships – is this required or is this for future contracts, if selected?
Question. Section I – Clause 3.6.1-4 Small Business Subcontracting Plan – is a plan required with our submission, or will this be for future contracts, if selected?
Question. Section K – are all the various clause certifications required for our submission, or will these just be required for future contracts, if selected?
Section B - Include them as blank pages. Not counted in 50 pg limit.
Section H - Clause 3.8.2-17 Key Personnel - Required for proposal.
Section I - Clause 3.1.7-6 - Required for proposal.
Section I - Clause 3.6.1-4 - Refer to clause AC4559 Section K - Required for proposal.
| Please confirm that 2-3 Small Business teams will indeed be evaluated for potential award before evaluating Large Businesses. | This is not a part of the evaluation criteria. |
| How will the FAA evaluate the experience and past performance of the overall team? Specifically, will qualifications as the prime receive greater weight than those of the proposed subcontractors? | Refer to Sections L & M of the SIR. |
| How will relevant Federal project experience be scored compared to relevant non-Federal project experience? | Refer to Sections L & M of the SIR. |
| Which disciplines and specialty consultants must be identified in the initial SF 330, and must the proposed key personnel hold active Oklahoma professional licenses at the time of proposal submission or only before task-order performance? | See Section L, 3.2.2. |
| Are any additional certifications required for proposed staff (for example, would an Interior Designer need to be NCIDQ certified)? | The required certifications for this solicitation are shown in Section L. |
| Are we able to propose the same person for multiple positions (for example can our Executive and Project Manager be the same person)? | The example cited is acceptable. |
| Do Section E Resumes and Section F Project pages also need to be double-spaced? This does not leave much room to provide sufficient project descriptions in the SF330 format. | Maintain font size but can utilize single space. |
| The solicitation requires completed design and construction drawings in AutoCAD 2018 format. May design work be developed using Revit or other BIM software, provided the required final DWG files are converted, reviewed, and delivered in AutoCAD 2018 format in accordance with FAA and AMP standards? | This is acceptable. |
| Reference Section L.1, Paragraph 1.3.2(b) |
You state in this paragraph that “a table of contents, glossary of abbreviations and acronyms, and a list of tables and figures shall be provided in all volumes except volume I.” However, in paragraph 2.2 Table of Contents for Volume I below you state that “The Offeror shall provide a master table of contents for the entire proposal.”
| Question. Can you clarify for us your intent as to whether a TOC is required in Volume I or not? Also, since Volume III is composed entirely of documents and forms provided to the Offeror by the government, do we really need to provide a glossary of abbreviations and acronyms or a list of tables and figures for this Volume? | Provide table of contents for the package. |
| Reference Section L.1, Paragraph 3.2.3, Factor 3: Capacity to Accomplish the Work | |
| For a multi-office firm, should the required current workload information address the entire company, the office designated as the primary supporting office, or only the offices and personnel proposed for this contract? | Current workload should be provided for the supporting office, and any other offices that will be performing work under the contract. |
| Reference Section L.1, Paragraph 3.2.5, Factor 5: Past Performance |
Many of our most relevant projects have been completed for federal government agencies who have already provided us with a written performance rating.
Question. Would you reconsider allowing us to submit copies of CPARS ratings or PPQs that we already have on file for our most relevant projects, even though they would be coming directly from us and would be provided on forms used by other federal agencies? If not, we respectfully request an extension of the current deadline in order to get the necessary Past Performance paperwork assembled.
| Also, you state under this section that the Past Performance Questionnaires must be completed by the client POC and forwarded by email to Charity Daniel “no later than the announcement closing date,” which we understand currently to be September 24, 2026. However, the sample Past Performance Questionnaire, included as Attachment 5, states at the bottom of page 1, “Please provide your response no later than September 17, 2026.” Question. Please clarify the date by which you require that these completed forms (Attachments 5 and 6) must be received by you. | PPQ due date is extended to October 8, 2026. |
| Reference Section L.1, Paragraph 3.2.5; Attachement 6 |
We interpret the requirement for a Client Authorization Letter to be applicable to any firm on the team of the Offeror, whether prime AE or sub-consultant, that participated in the project and for which the Offeror is claiming experience for that project.
Question. Please confirm that this is correct.
Also, we understand that each firm for which experience credit is being claimed for a particular project must execute the Client Authorization Letter, but your sample letter does not provide space for the submitting team’s signature(s).
Question. We assume we should add a signature block for each signature. Is this correct?
| Finally, please clarify whether a separate Client Authorization Letter is required for each participating firm claiming experience, or whether a single letter can be submitted with signatures of each firm claiming experience. | Yes, Client Auhtorization Letter is applicable. The attachment provided is a sample. Edit as you see fit. | |
| Reference Section L.1, Paragraphs 4.1 and 4.1.2 | ||
| Please confirm that Volume III should include the complete model contract and Sections A through K, with all Section B labor rate fields left blank for the initial proposal, and that no separate cost or price volume is required unless requested after completion of the qualifications-based evaluation. | Yes, correct. | |
| If more than five Section F projects are submitted, must every Section F project have been completed or underway within the last five years and satisfy the Factor 1 requirements, or may additional projects be included to demonstrate specialized capabilities even if they do not satisfy the five-year or construction-value thresholds? | A minimum of five projects are required to satisfy the requirement. More may be submitted if desired. | |
| Attachment 5, Past Performance Questionnaire, Page 1, instructs respondents to provide completed questionnaires no later than September 17, 2026. In contrast, Section L.1, Paragraph 3.2.5, Factor 5, states that project points of contact shall forward completed questionnaires to the Contracting Specialist no later than the announcement closing date and that questionnaires received after the closing date may not be evaluated. The solicitation cover establishes the proposal closing date as September 24, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time. Please confirm the controlling deadline for receipt of completed Past Performance Questionnaires. Additionally, because the Government’s responses to offeror questions may materially affect the projects selected under Factor 1 and the associated PPQs, please confirm whether offerors may initiate or revise PPQ requests after receipt of the Government’s responses, provided the completed questionnaires are received by the confirmed controlling deadline. | PPQ and proposal due date extended to October 8, 2026. | |
| Please confirm whether a Past Performance Questionnaire is required for only the minimum five projects used to satisfy Factor 1, or every project presented in Section F. | PPQ are required for the minimum five projects. | |
| Does the requirement for 12-point Times New Roman, double spacing, and one-inch margins apply to narrative continuation pages only, or must text entered into the Government-provided SF330 form also be double-spaced and 12-point Times New Roman? | If the PDF version is used, 10pt font size is acceptable. If it used as a word document, 12pt font size is required. Single spacing is acceptable. | |
| Factor 2 states that “firms must have a State of Oklahoma Certificate of Authority.” Please clarify the required Oklahoma firm-level credential for the prime offeror and each proposed team member. Specifically, may an engineering firm serving as the prime offeror satisfy this requirement with the State of Oklahoma firm credential applicable to professional engineering, with its architectural teaming partner holding the firm credential applicable to architecture, or must the prime offeror itself hold an architectural Certificate of Authority? Please also confirm whether each proposed firm is required to hold only the Oklahoma firm credential applicable to the professional services that firm will perform. | The prime offeror is required to have the Oklahoma firm-level credential with their proposal. If an Offeror is an engineering firm they are to provide the Oklahoma engineering firm equivalent (Certificate of Authorization). |
Each firm shall hold the Oklahoma firm credential applicable to the services they will perform. For non-prime, consultant, or subcontract firms the firm credential must be in force when a Task Order is awarded.
Several of the Government’s responses to offeror questions may materially affect project selection, Past Performance Questionnaire coordination, proposed personnel, teaming arrangements, and the organization and format of the SF330. To provide offerors sufficient time to incorporate the Government’s clarifications into complete and compliant proposals, will the Government extend the proposal due date by two weeks following issuance of its responses to offeror questions? PPQ and proposal due date extended to October 8, 2026.
