About this file
This is the Buy American Certificate (FAR 52.225-2) provision dated October 2022, which must be completed by offerors to certify compliance with Buy American requirements. The provision requires offerors to certify that each end product is a domestic end product containing critical components, except for those specifically listed as foreign end products. For foreign end products manufactured in the U.S. that do not consist wholly of iron/steel, offerors must indicate whether they exceed 55% domestic content, except for COTS items.
The certificate contains three main sections for offerors to complete: (1) a list of foreign end products, including line item numbers, country of origin, and whether they exceed 55% domestic content; (2) a list of domestic end products containing critical components; and (3) certification that all other unlisted products qualify as domestic end products. This certificate is part of solicitation 36C24225B0017 for mold analysis and remediation services at the Brooklyn VA Medical Center.
