About this file
Register of Wage Determinations Under the Service Contract Act
This document is a Register of Wage Determinations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division for federal service contracts in Greene, Miami, and Montgomery counties in Ohio (Wage Determination No. 2015-4731, Revision 29, effective 5/13/2026).
The register establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for over 200 occupational classifications required under Service Contract Act (SCA) contracts in the specified geographic area. Wage rates range from approximately $11.58 to $48.15 per hour depending on occupation, with specialized roles such as Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants ($31.78), Registered Nurses ($26.32–$38.94), and Aircraft Mechanics ($37.35–$38.70) commanding higher rates. All listed occupations receive health and welfare benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly) or alternatively $5.89 per hour under Executive Order 13786. Additional benefits include paid vacation (2 weeks after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 8 years, 4 weeks after 15 years), 12 paid holidays annually, and night/Sunday pay differentials for air traffic controllers and weather observers at 25 percent premium rates. Hazardous duty differentials of 4 to 8 percent apply to ordnance and explosives-related positions. The document specifies conformance procedures via Standard Form 1444 for unlisted occupational classifications and references Executive Orders 13706 and 13658 regarding paid sick leave and wage protections for SCA-covered contracts.
