CIVIL

In addition to the submittal requirements indicated in the TFDS V2.1, provide the following:

a) Design a site plan to satisfy requirements in updated federal guidelines defined within the FAA Facility Security Management Order 1600.69D.

b) Ensure the site plan is graded to provide positive drainage off-site and away from the buildings. Minimum grades in pavement and concrete areas shall be 1%. Minimum grades in landscaped areas shall be 3% unless the landscaped area serves a stormwater management purpose and is designed to be graded at a lesser slope.

c) Provide a topographic site survey locating all existing utilities: sewer, stormwater, potable water, electrical, telephone, duct banks, roads, ponds, drainage systems, wetlands boundaries, and state waters delineations as applicable.

d) Show existing grades in dashed lines and proposed final grades in solid lines.

e) Provide a comprehensive geotechnical report with recommendations for foundation and seismic design as applicable.

f) Prepare a lease drawing with a metes and bounds description for the ATCT facility. A legal survey by a registered surveyor is required. Include the latitude and longitude of the center of the ATCT shaft. The center of the ATCT shaft shall be tied to a runway threshold. The FAA will acquire all real estate rights utilizing the lease drawing and description provided under this task.

g) Building utilities (water, sewer, storm, electrical, and telephone) shall be coordinated with local airport authorities and utility companies and shall be included in the design. All utilities shall connect to adequate sources.
