About this file
This document is a Prohibited Items Listing for the Norfolk Super ServMart contract, which comprehensively details 29 categories of items that cannot be sold under the contract. The list includes broad categories of prohibited items such as subsistence-type goods (coffee, snacks, drinks), personal use items (deodorant, hair dryers, medicine), electronics (radios, computers, televisions), furniture, hazardous materials, transportation equipment, and uniform items. Notable exceptions exist for certain items within these categories, such as commercial microwaves, copier supplies for shore activities, organizational clothing, and AbilityOne products like linens and mattresses. The contract explicitly prohibits items with a unit price of $5,000.00 or greater, ensuring strict control over the types and values of products that can be procured through this ServMart contract.
